Give us all reasons to be in Good Spirits, O Lord, God.
Remove the anger, the harted, the bitterness, the prejudice,
the greed, the envy, the lust, the discontent, the feelings
of hopelessness, the feelings of helplessness, the feelings
of rejections, the feelings of depressions, the feelings of
disappointments, the fears, the griefs, the sorrows, the
sicknesses and diseases, the pains and sufferings, the demons
and all the evil that now dwells, and those that may come to
dwell, with our hearts, our minds, our bodies, our spirits,
our souls, and replace all of these, with continuing and
renewed love for You, for our Lord and Saviour-Jesus Christ,
for the Holy Spirit, for our wives or husbands, our sons and
or our daughters, our mothers and our fathers, our sisters and
our brothers. With love for one another.
With continuing and renewed faith and trust in You, in our
Lord and Saviour-Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Spirit.
With Love and Hope, with Happiness and Laughter, with
Forgiveness and Tolerance, with Contentment and Courage, with
Generousity and Gratitude, with Kindness and Humility, with
Righteousness and Thanksgiving.
All this we pray and ask of You, in the precious name of our
Lord and Saviour-Jesus Christ, Who on that Wooden Cross, on
the Hills of Calvary, has paid our sin debt in full, and Who
will lead us all into Your Kingdom.
